While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

3. User Obligations

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

  • Fixed-price: One-time payment for defined deliverables

Payment Policies

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issue date unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
  • Work may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in service agreements

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, UPI payments, credit cards, and other digital payment methods. International clients may use PayPal or wire transfers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property ownership is clearly defined to protect both parties:

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services under specific conditions:

Termination by Client

  • 30-day written notice for ongoing services
  • Immediate termination with cause
  • Payment for completed work up to termination date
  • Return of client materials and data

Termination by P SQUARE TECH HUB

  • Non-payment of invoices beyond 60 days
  • Breach of terms and conditions
  • Illegal or unethical use of our services
  • Failure to provide necessary cooperation

Post-Termination

  • Final invoice settlement within 30 days
  • Transfer of completed deliverables
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
  • Return or destruction of confidential materials

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law:

Jurisdiction

  • Governed by the laws of India
  • Subject to jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts
  • Disputes resolved through mediation first
  • Arbitration as alternative dispute resolution
